As you can tell I'm retired now. Hmmm. Just uni work in general.
So hectic! I guess it's all good though. I'll be back once in a while....
hahah... ha =_='''
Suggestion for Kuroimisa:
How about a cosplay as Death Note's Misa.
Her dressing style and especially the hairstyle make her easily recognisable,
she has rather long hair, qualifies as cute girl plus it'd be Misa cosplaying
Misa (best reason ever I know ).
You could argue about her being a likeable character though, after all she likes
to help out mass murderers in her free time.
The guys at uni might hold a cosplay party. Because it's cosplay, it's best to
be prepared super early. And most of you probably know that I know very little
about anime - so I need your help!
Could someone give me some suggestions on characters I could possibly
cosplay?
Here are a few points to consider:
- Female (preferably ... androgynous/beautiful male is okay as well)
- Preferably long hair
- Easily recognised by a costume that is NOT latex or uniform-like (this will
rule out say, Hatsumi from Hot Gimmick, because her clothes change every
chapter, but there are examples that are okay I'll elaborate in a sec)
- Preferably a likeable character
By recognisable and the whole costume thing, I mean it has to be a character
wearing a costume that's readily available, like normal clothes and not
something over the top (eg. Rozen Maiden). One person I was thinking of
cosplaying is Nana - the sweet one/ Hachi, that is (because of my hair length
;-; If it was short I'd so do Nana-Nana!), and I can easily over do the whole
cute image ... though the makeup and facial features will be... hard. (I highly
doubt I will look ANYTHING like her...)
So any suggestions?
And please don't say Shishio from Rurouni Kenshin :P :P :P That's only for an
emergency backup !

PS: Large eyed cute girls... are okay (I think I have a manageable way of
getting that) but I would like to cosplay a not so young person ._. (I don't
look 12, that's for one!)
*tries to make brain make a good explaination at 4am* Umm click drag, handles,
stuff heheheh Freehands is the same but it does have really sexy lines, you can
make them look really good with Illustrator and get them nice and thin because
the stroke can be tweeked to the wise you want instead of pre set.
I see. *scratches head* Sounds really confusing and hard, from the way u two
explain it. Have not began to touch that programme yet but I guess I'll do that
when I'm ready.
Owwwhh yeah, The One Challenge. <3 Finally done! *dances*
Yeah I heard the same thing about vectoring, so I tried Illustrator.
Like Misa said it was really mindbending and stressful. I'm not abandoning
Illustrator (although I haven't used it since), I'm just looking for a good
tutorial that'll explain how to work the thing.
@ Kozumura you might have brought on a nuclear holocaust, but the sky falling
and the apocalypse will definitely happen if/when I finally submit another wall

Still, I think you can be proud Misa. After all you introduced new stuff like the MT-Maigetsu and Mai-chan during your active time as a moderator.
Still that retired mod part looks really sweet
Don't feel down.
